What would you consider the absolute basics for a home office?
For me it is:
Computer - I have a desktop and laptop. Neither is new but adequate for what I do. Laptop allows me to go mobile when needed.
Internet - DSL here. Finally.
Phone - Cell phone for me. Not a smart phone at the moment. Can't justify the expense for what we are doing. Do very little on the phone.
Printer - I have a Canon all in one. Am really surprised at how well it has worked out for me. Was a big HP fan but gave up after the last printer.
Desk or dedicated area to work
Quiet area if you work on the phone
